Ranthambore Tiger Reserve Rajasthan Tourism : The Ranthambore Tiger Reserve was declared a wildlife sanctuary in year 1957 and in year 1974 it gained the protection of “Project Tiger”. It received it’s status of a National Park in year 1981. The most frequented areas in the Park are around the beautiful lakes where a large number of the wild conjugates. One also gets a chance to drive through rolling grasslands, rushing streams, open scrubs, heavily wooded valleys and through deep ravines walled on either side with steep cliffs.
Location: The Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, is located Near Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan in the northwestern part of India.
